    Pros

Professional Recruiting Group (PRG) gives me opportunity to build my experience in teaching.

    Cons

The downside is learning how to manage kids' behaviors or attitudes in class.

    Advice to Management

I have no advice management. The company is located in Michigan but do business in Arizona

I worked at PRG Recruitment full-time for more than 2 years

    Pros

the team in Edinburgh worked well together and everyone was really nice and helpful the Edinburgh managers were very supportive, they were helpful and gave good training and advice a lot of time was spent on training which was was very helpful - excerpt when the training was run by the CEO who is an terrible trainer (everyone dreaded his sessions and they were the least useful)

    Cons

a lot of the Glasgow sales staff were not very helpful or friendly, they didn't seem to be interested in trying to work as a team every now and then the Glasgow manager could be supportive, but most of the time she made it clear Glasgow was all that mattered,i t always seemed like she hated having to spend any time in Edinburgh or couldn't really be bothered dealing with the Edinburgh staff -which is probably why...

    Advice to Management

give staff more respect and treat all staff the same and fairly don't lie to staff or make promises you aren't going to keep - and improve communication stop wasting so much of everyones time on constantly asking for updates show some interest in people and spend time with them the managers in glasgow need some training to help them improve their people skills as most people in Edinburgh and Glasgow feel...

I have been working at PRG Recruitment full-time for more than 4 years

      Pros

Nice office, decent basic salary, some of the staff are nice. Not really much more I can say here they have lost a lot of people which has maybe helped them to stop growing to fast which clearly wasn't working

      Cons

Long hours, bonuses are complicated and not great, to many chiefs not enough Indians, management are the only ones looked after. Not a nice environment very cut throat. I am hoping this will change soon or I'm gone

      Advice to Management

Look after ALL your staff not just management

I worked at PRG Recruitment full-time

        Pros

High basic wage, some good people working there. Glasgow office is nice.

        Cons

Management have no clue how to run a business. It's gone into administration more than once. Hire and fire culture. More than 30 people left at 2015 alone. The management will always point the finger at those leaving rather than look at themselves.

I have been working at PRG Recruitment full-time

        Pros

Great culture, treated fairly. As any good recruitment consultant knows, recruitment is a sales environment. targets are set by us (the consultants), if targets are hit on a regular basis, there is no pressure. the leadership team are approachable and fair. Commission structure is one of the best in the business. Offices are excellent with pool table, table tennis, break out area. Breaks are encouraged. Annual summer...

        Cons

There have been a few changes recently in staffing however, the majority of those who have left haven't met the targets set (by themselves) on a regular basis. this has had no impact on the performance of the company results (speaks volumes). the people who are in the business are good, effective and hard working.

I have been working at PRG Recruitment full-time

        Pros

PRG have an excellent track record in Accountancy & Finance recruitment and are building a very positive reputation across the IT, Business Support and Construction sectors. The company reward strong performances with promotions and salary reviews. Having previously worked in a larger agency I appreciate PRG's willingness to give trusted consultants more autonomy and flexibility in working hours whenever possible....

        Cons

Sometimes you may need to work longer hours to deliver success, but to be honest I think that is the expectation with any ambitious recruitment agency.

          I worked at PRG Recruitment

          Pros

The only pro's of working for PRG were meeting a few lovely people that worked there. Unfortunately most of whom were treated badly by the company and left accordingly.

          Cons

Cliquey Only join PRG if you are a very experienced recruiter - they have no time for training or new starts. A lot of negative vibes through management Commission scheme works for the top dog and not so much for the dogs body No empathy with employees needs Spoken to in a rude and patronising manner regularly

          Advice to Management

Glad it's over quite frankly Treat your employees with more respect and they shall treat you with respect in return

          Cons

None, liked PRG so much, that I came back after being a way for a few years....

I worked at PRG Recruitment full-time for more than 2 years

          Pros

I worked in the Edinburgh office for just over a year and a half. I found all my colleagues and management extremely supportive and social. When I began I was invited on other consultants' meetings and client relationships were shared as there are defined areas each consultant covers, I received excellent training from my manager, business partners and colleagues. I was given time to learn the ropes and rewarded not...

          Cons

You do have to work long hours at times, but it generally pays off. Sometimes the internal system wasn't kept up to date by consultants, which could be frustrating

          Advice to Management

Invest in a better database and ensure it's kept up to date Don't change the company culture
