    Pros

When you have to think too hard for an example of Pros.........That means there aren't any.

    Cons

PRGX perpetuates a culture of classism and is severely lacking in leadership at all levels. There are the chosen ones that reap financial rewards consistently regardless of contribution to the business, which by the way is failing miserably. There is clearly no strategic operational plan to address the years of declining revenue. Part of the solution to address this financial disaster is too sell prospective clients on the idea of delivering product offerings that the company knows it cannot deliver. The smoke and mirrors continue both internally and externally.

    Advice to Management

Leave and allow true strategic leaders to drive the business.

I worked at PRGX Global full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

I can't think of any reason to want to work here but it's something to do until you can find what you want if you can tolerate being there that long. Other than that... None.

    Cons

Nevermind that it's unethical... That preceding posts were done by someone internally with an interest and the hope of abating the consistent posts that speak honestly to the nature of this company. The corporate office is the best that you'll see of this company (which is pathetic at best) as the other locations are run like sweatshops... Which is a culture dictated from its corporate headquarters and leaders.

Surely if one is not amongst the workers down in the trenches doing the work like workhorses while barely able to meet their day to day expenses due to the menial wages; they have no complaints nor interest in the well-being, and morale of the 'other' employee population. Reality for the larger population of the employees working for this company is that it's a hell-hole.

To this end, turnover is happening at a rapid pace at every level. Sr. Level, mid-level, and entry, which speaks to some serious internal issues ranging from mis-treatment, disrespect, and abuse of human resources (no work life balance), to the poor performance/financial results of the company.

The average employee is underpaid according to market data in majority of the cases while, the 'favored', hand picked associates are paid substantial salaries, e.g., two people averaging a million dollars in salary and that doesn't include other incentives.

Meanwhile, individual contributors are working themselves into the ground, treated like they are expendable and of no value.

PRGX is a terrible place to work.

    Advice to Management

Stop treating people like they're expendable.

I have been working at PRGX Global full-time

    Pros

There are good people here just might take you a year to find them. Salary is competitive. You get to work with people all around the world. Good IT group in general.

    Cons

Management is inept. The main business is dying and the company can't figure out how to stop losing more and more revenue. The CFO is could not do second-grade math, the GC is a jerk, the CEO is nice but has no ideas to help the company. It a culture of backstabbing and throwing people under buses. I literally closed the door to my office and cry once a day because I left a good job to come here.

    Advice to Management

Start with fixing the culture and build from there. That may mean firing the GC and CFO, becuase they cannot be part of something positive.

I have been working at PRGX Global full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Compensation is competitive, but that's about it.

    Cons

All I.T. workers are admins and engineers, but no managers. But there are plenty of I.T. directors managing very small groups (less than 5 people). The company invests very little in an aging and problematic infrastruture, putting systems and client services at risk. Closed door policy. No career advancement, no training, i.T. is stagnant.

    Advice to Management

Internal audit of complete I.T. department from external auditing firm is highly recommended.

    Pros

Pay and benefits are acceptable. However the instability of the company is not worth it.

    Cons

Hostile work environment. Management does not care for employees. It is all about the bottom line. Management has no issue with hollering at staff in meetings.

    Advice to Management

Realize happy employees make great employees
