      Pros

Working with Pro Unlimited was great. They are professional, friendly, easy to navigate, with good resources, great communication, and optional benefits, .

      Cons

There were not really any cons. Any questions that arose were quickly answered, and the work environment was really great.

      Just okay

      Jul 29, 2021 - Project Manager - Contractor

      Pros

Big boy/girl rules. Pro really just gets you set up and turns you over to the company who you contract for and they leave you alone.

      Cons

Health benefits are very expensive, no 401k match (they do have a 401k), and there is not a lot of support when it comes to HR stuff. It is really on you to figure out and be proactive.

      Pros

Better culture than typical staffing industry agencies. Fairly self directed work with little micromanagement. Unlimited PTO

      Cons

Experience can vary based on program and management on that team. Slow room for growth if not willing to relocate. Expensive healthcare

You may HAVE to use them to work and they do NOTHING to assist you when you need help

      Pros

It’s one of the only ways you can work at a record label.

      Cons

Horrible benefits that seem like an insult. They treat you like you are expendable. They provide no assistance during a pandemic and most of the time leave you on your own. They will not let you accumulate vacation time but you can get sick time which they control strictly and even erase yearly as well as if they have to end your assignment(even to be promoted.) you have to do everything yourself(log hours and such) and if there are ever errors, pro just emails you and tells you the problem that YOU then have to fix. At that point, what do you even do for us besides be the middle company that gives us an in to a corporate company but yet you don’t get any of the benefits that other people who are full-time employees get and they may do less work than you.
