    Negative Outlook

I worked at PROXY Governance full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Very collegiate workforce and good office culture. Perqs were standard but fair. Bagel Mondays were a big plus.

    Cons

Salaries not great but that was more a reflection of the industry rather than the company. Relatively limited progression options.

Sadly this company has stopped trading.

    Advice to Management

No longer relevant in the slightest. This company shut the doors a few years ago.

  2. "Optimistic goals but lack of strategic direction or vision"

    Pros

Working at PGI is best suited for people who are comfortable working with little oversight. Management has the best of intentions and truly seems interested in offering products and services that make a difference. There is a need for the products and services offered and providing a different approach and perspective versus our competition is a good thing. Firm has a strong reputation within the industry.

    Cons

Lack of core resources in order to achieve desired business results. Smallest business unit within an already small company. Lack of synergy with other business units.

    Advice to Management

Take a step back and look at what services you are trying to offer to the market and maintain focus. Decide if the business is viable, and if so, make the investment to grow.
