The clients were very nice to work with, the location was close to everything, and it was an overall very relaxing place to work. If you needed time off, it was usually not a problem.
The training was pretty much a learn as you go experience, and there were a few employees who made working there unpleasant. Surprisingly, management did nothing about this. There really was not too much chance in the way of advancement. If someone called off, you were left to work by yourself all day.
Advice to Management
It would be a good idea to ensure all employees, not just managers are trained on what the company has to offer to potential clients, and all employees should be trained on how to provide quotes so they can get this information to walk ins immediately.
