I have been working at PSA Healthcare part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Flexible hours, amazing benefits, great atmosphere, understanding staff
PSA has allowed me to make my own hours and are always willing to listen and help in any situation. The staff is caring and friendly and strives to make the best work environment possible with both staff and patients. This was my first ever home health position and I cant imagine working for any other company.

    Cons

I honestly and truly have nothing bad to say about PSA healthcare as a company or the Penscola location.

I have been working at PSA Healthcare part-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Friendly co workers. Work when you are available. Very humbling to work in homes and see how much they love their children and the sacrifices they make for them.

    Cons

Ridiculously low pay. Have worked for them over 4years and have been working for $1.00 an hour less than they agreed to pay me when I was hired which was very low. I finally got a 40 cent raise.

    Advice to Management

Pay a decent wage especially to those people who prove themselves dependable. I worked for over 2yrs with a pt that many people refused to go to because of the mothers behavior toward them. But they did not appreciate that by paying me more.

I worked at PSA Healthcare full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

there wasn't any that bi could see from upper-level management other than total disregard of employee excellence

    Cons

no salary increases for years and then when the long term contract with the school district ended they just left me to flounder

    Advice to Management

better treatment and respect and appreciation of long term employees who gave their all to be the best kind of employee, on time, consistent, with a high level of professional conduct.
