I have been working at PSA Healthcare part-time

    Pros

Pick your own schedules, patients and their families are amazing.

    Cons

It' s been years since anyone got a raise regardless of yearly evaluation, no communication in the office, multiple emails daily from different people asking about picking up the same shifts.

    Advice to Management

Give raises. Show your nurses you appreciate them by giving them yearly raises instead of sending meaningless gifts in the mail.
