    Pros

Amazing medical benefits, good company to work for, green design, large company, opportunity to see other building types, ok vacation time

    Cons

too large of a company for individuals with genuine design talent, not a lot of room for promotion within the office, little recognition or appreciation, long hours

    Advice to Management

recognize individual talent within the office, recognize when employees are being burt out doing the same repetitive tasks, allow for more movement between design groups

    Pros

Good benefits with fairly good bonus payout

    Cons

The capable gets loaded more and more until the tipping point and left eventually. A lot of capable people left due to this reason.

    Advice to Management

Really study the grievances and feedback from the ground instead of pampering the people near to the Employee Opinion poll to garner good feedback. Big wayang show with no real purpose

I have been working at PSA International full-time

    Pros

My current job as a Deputy Manager in PSA International Pte Ltd, the World’s largest and busiest Transhipment Hub, has helped to sharpen both my technical and leadership skill in my working arena. I have learnt to multitask and work under stress to meet tight schedules whenever required. My participation and involvement in large-scale tender clarification meetings with suppliers and overseas projects have also given me invaluable experiences in technical evaluation, commercial negotiation and project management.

    Cons

    PSA is a good company.

I worked at PSA International full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Can learn from many good leaders. Company also have good staff benefits and gives out cash vouchers to us on a regular basis. Bonuses can also be good.

    Cons

Slow to changes, management are sometimes unwillingly to accept new ideas but does not want to tell us why. Many of the leaders worked their way up to where they are and ideas can sometimes be outdated as they keep following the same practices that had been done throughout their career in PSA.
