    Pros

Amazing medical benefits, good company to work for, green design, large company, opportunity to see other building types, ok vacation time

    Cons

too large of a company for individuals with genuine design talent, not a lot of room for promotion within the office, little recognition or appreciation, long hours

    Advice to Management

recognize individual talent within the office, recognize when employees are being burt out doing the same repetitive tasks, allow for more movement between design groups

I have been working at PSA International full-time

    Pros

Job security, especially when economy is not doing well.
Friendly staff. Overall culture is OK.

    Cons

The mindset is still quite local even though the company wants to go global.
Too conservative in recruitment. Have a bad habit to rely on external vendor for the ease of cutting headcount. Even though when we discover some talented vendor or trained some contract staff up, it is hard to recruit that person as a perm staff. As a result, the turnover rate for contract vendor is very high and internal staff must spend time on training and knowledge retention repeatedly, which can be avoided.
Medical benefit is bad. You can see doctor for free only at 2-3 clinics which are all in CBD - imagine you have a fever and your home is 10km away. The doctors are lousy. They can give you MC and Panadol, but don't expect anything else. For other clinics, you can claim up to 10 dollars, well, better than nothing but...
