I have been working at PSA International full-time

    Pros

High bonus but tied to the economy so if the economy goes south your pay follows.
    Good work-life balance.
    Flexible bosses
Made some good friends but most of them have already left.

    Cons

Low increment at higher levels. basic is generally low as they use the bonus as an excuse to push it down but annual package may be higher depending on the economy..
Management has got to think more realistically.
    Very unprofesional performance appraisal.
A lot of yes-man who agrees to everything the management says and push it down to the working level when things are not even possible/supposed to be done.
There are some horrible managers who are just....extremely unprofessional

Of course, my view is only coming from the department I'm in and certain people and not representative of the other parts of the company.

    Advice to Management

    Wake up and stop dreaming.
A lot of staff are just staying on because they're too comfortable and unable to take the pay cut if they leave at the early years and get stuck once it's too far in
