    Negative Outlook

I worked at PSA full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

My colleagues were terrific and the clients were awesome.

    Cons

The upper management/administrative team was incompetent, greedy, short-sighted, and abusive. Pay was low and raises were either nonexistent (the vast majority of the time) or laughable (not even in line with cost of living). Expected workload and productivity is not sustainable. Employees are miserable and turnover has been remarkable within the past several months.

I worked at PSA full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Some people there are good hearted and want you to succeed, but they don't know how to help you.

    Cons

No procedures, they don't know what they are doing and just throw you to the wolves and fend for yourself. Too stressful of a job, I had to leave because you have to make billing everyday and every week. It become more about the billing and less about the people.

    I worked at PSA full-time

    Pros

This company gives the appearance of carrying about it's employees and some managers do.
