    Pros

    Potential for advancement & bonuses

    Cons

    No loyalty to employees
Focused entirely on bottom line and maximizing profit - even at the expense of the customer

I have been working at PSAV full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Limitless online training modules available, commission is available and base pay is fair,

    Cons

Poor management at certain locations, lack of training, commission pay out could be better.

    Advice to Management

Try listening to the entire team and implementing THEIR ideas. Corporate is very out of touch with the sellers. RVP's don't care to really do anything about problems either.

I worked at PSAV full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Could be good if your leadership was not willing to sabotage your career and lie and act out. Not good.

    Cons

Leadership can be very shady and quick to destroy you if you speak the truth. Hypocritical. Dangerous to entrust your career to this company,

    Advice to Management

Value hard working, honest and productive employees rather than sticking with your old school buddies.

I have been working at PSAV full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Very challenging and rewarding. This job will stretch you in positive ways if you have the fortitude to handle the stress and the fast-paced environment. This job is great if you're single or an empty-nester looking for a challenging career.

    Cons

Very time consuming and work will follow you home. Not entirely conducive to raising young children or newly married, or if you have a spouse with medical needs.

    Advice to Management

Management is great and I have no issues here, but for me it's an industry's incompatibility with firstly a desired lifestyle, (namely a consistent 40hr work week), and secondly the ability to assist a spouse who has a medical condition with daily living activities.

I have been working at PSAV full-time

    Pros

    Stable company, reasonable job security.

    Cons

It's easy to feel lost in the workings of such a large company.

    Advice to Management

The employees and company will benefit from constant quality improvement. Actively prioritize training and building hands on show experience for employees of all levels.
