    Pros

    Easy overtime. Fast environment. Can be exciting.

    Cons

    Scheduling makes work life unpredictable. Gamblers are some of the meanest people. Being a banker makes you the table “snitch.” By default, most people, dealers and customers, will not like you.

    Depending on where you are, the job can be fast paced. Most managers offer lots of training if they trust you.

    The leadership and development portion of management is still under construction.

    Great environment if you like being overworked, underpaid, and underappreciated

    Cons

    underpaid, overworked, underappreciated. Upper management has no clue what is going on inside the casinos. Favoritism is everywhere. Company is super cheap

    Ability to earn wage increases through work performance and knowledge Company values hard working employees and flexible with reasonable requests

    Cons

    Company is 24/7, and most likely going to start working at nights and weekends, but they do offer additional nighttime pay to help with that.
