I worked at PUMA Group full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Great, collaborative company that lives by its values! I held an administrative position at the corporate headquarters. The onboarding process was so seamless! Everyone in my department treated me with respect and professionalism! Pair that with a huge discount off of their amazing products, and it makes for a pretty wonderful place to work..

    Cons

Can't really think of any. I only left so that I can pursue another career path.. I'd still be there otherwise!

    Advice to Management

    Keep doing what you're doing!

I have been working at PUMA Group full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Starting with the interview process, I went into the Westford office twice, both times I was interviewed by 2 different people. From start to finish it took about 3.5 weeks until I got an official offer and accepted.

Everyone at Puma is friendly and willing to help others around them. My transition to the culture and workload was easy. They clearly laid out all the steps and slowly gave you work so you can learn the process. They want you to succeed and give you the path to.

The work environment is casual yet professional. Supervisors give you the freedom to do your work at your own pace, yet are always around to lend a helping hand.

    Cons

Once offered a position, they really pushed you to accept it immediately.

    Pros

Discount clothing that’s really about it, they also give you free clothing every now and then, you also meet okay workers.

    Cons

I just had started working for puma and unfortunately I had to resign, I don’t see how they have good reviews on here they have to be mostly fake because what I experienced was awful, first of all the first day of training the worker who was supposed to train me was huffing and puffing and rolling her eyes and when she went on lunch the other girl wouldn’t help me either every time I asked a question she would look annoyed, second how in GODS name am I as a new worker on my first day supposed to know how there broken down POS system that kept freezing up supposed to work I mean HOW??? Like they expect to much and beware because as a cashier you have to get emails which you’re pressured about, clean the bathroom, sweep, do go backs, print price tags which they call B grades and the list goes on. They kept saying how wonderful it was to work their but it really wasn’t that good the workers are childish too and the Managers are inexperienced being bossy instead of leading my advice is if you want to work under pressure and be stressed out while doing so look the other way!!!! Btw the manager himself told me how he fired his best worker because she was to good and wouldn’t help others I feel his excuse for firing her was extremely cliche like seriously! Maybe she was fired because she wasn’t in with the click because they are very clicky and come off two faced. Just being honest.

    Advice to Management

Stop pressuring workers let them build relationships with the customers!
