    Pros

    - 60% Employee Discount
    - Free Puma Uniform Each Month

    Cons

    $9.50 an hour + taxes

The Puma I worked for was in Queens Center Mall & It is a very small Puma store, I would work with younger teens and they were in their puberty years. So they did not work professionally.

    Advice to Management

I have been working at PUMA Group part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

It's not really a big sales team and there's a lot of diversity in the store. The discount is 60% off and they have annual friends and family competitions (which the store manager ALWAYS wins) for gift cards.

    Cons

They promise hours all the time and then make a schedule with 4 hours for the entire week. Sales are always weak. Managers eat up the payroll and they pick favorites.

I have been working at PUMA Group part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

You can get hired seasonally if your desperate for a job. During some of the holidays (ie Christmas Day) they provide food and pay higher hourly salary.
Some of the management is good.

    Cons

The first thing that will affect most people is that hours are too few and scheduling sucks. Expect to get called in once or twice a week for a total of about 10 hours. You will constantly be on call and your schedule can change at the drop of a hat. If you are in the middle of a shift and its not busy they will send you home mid shift. So if its a long drive for you just dont even. And 10 hours a week, is that a job? Not really.
The pay is the usual amount of sucky for these kinds of jobs.
The work itself is okie, but I would not call their sales associate position a real job. Even as far as minimum wage jobs go.

    Advice to Management

Treat your employees like people instead of disposable. Some of the managers are good, some are really awful.
