I have been working at PUMA Group part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Friendly Environment, Great Selections, Nice Benefits, and Flexible

    Cons

Somewhat sexist in terms of training employees who should work as a cashier (I've been working as a male employee and have yet to learn to use the register).
Management does last minute schedule changes where as I am at the store ready for a 5AM shipment shift, they cancel it at the last minute.
Decreases my hours heavily for a minor mistake
An employee quit the job for another last minute schedule change, when in reality the supervisor chose not to close with her. Resulting in her putting her 2 week notice.

    Advice to Management

    Dear Management,
As a current Puma Cat employee, please give all employees a deserving chance on getting hours, because in all honesty my multiples increased, I sell as much as I need to make budget, and customers give me good reviews and I have yet to see a steadily increased amount of hours. I'm either at the minimum of 20 hours or at the least 9 hours. I've been working here for about a year learning, reading the game plan, and working the footwear section to the best of my ability. And I am one out of the 6 employees you've hired who's still here and it wouldn't hurt to at least train me at the cashier? At the very latest increase my hours at an understandable rate? I know I make mistake, but how is my fellow co worker getting a lot of hours who was involved in an illegal transaction with my supervisor's friend? Favoritism? I don't know I just want some fairness in my hours. In my head it's not what I can do that's the question, it's what you perceive as me. Other than that thank you for being my first job.

I worked at PUMA Group (More than a year)

    Pros

There really was not any pros during my experience with PUMA, besides the amount of free clothes you receive during your time there.

    Cons

Too many to even discuss. All the cons start with hierarchy and just work it's way down. Horrible, non-friendly management. No collaborative thinking.

    Advice to Management

I don't kinks how this company gets good reviews to be honest. It's a suitcase company because people get some experience and then leave.
