Flextime Summer hours Great co workers It always starts off great and then you're hit with the reality of how messed up these people are.
Cons
Upper management ZERO room for growth, don't believe the hype they sell you during the interview . Favoritism if you are young blonde & big breasted

Managers play favors so don't expect to ever be promoted or move up unless you're a favorite.
Oct 15, 2020 - Account Support Associate in Bridgewater, NJRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Good benefits, good work life balance.
Cons
All the managers play favorites, if you're not a favorite then you'll pretty much be treated like the step child of the team. There is literally no room for growth within your department, unless of course you happen to be your managers favorite, and it is nearly impossible to find a position in another department. The salary also leaves much to be desired for the amount of work you are expected to do. 40+ hours a week and you will barely make more than minimum wage. Your yearly raise is in the hands of your manager as well, and based on 'performance'.

Pros
The customers are generally friendly, and the store is located in a good area. The company offers great employee discounts as well, which are really the only perk.
Cons
Hours are based on rewards sign-ups, and even when you get rewards they don't deliver on the hours. Management has lots of internal drama that they tell the associates at any opportunity. No room for growth, district manager does not want to promote internally. Expect to have at least one to two shifts cut per week as well. There is also a lot of disparity in pay, as people who have been at the store long term make $1 or more less per hour than new hires.

Pros
A company well known in the apparel/retail world. Been with them for a while. Well established. Lot of room for growth as long as you're willing to put in the work.
Cons
Stores would be more successful if company was a bit more up to date with technology.
- Current Employee★★★★★

Cons
