    Pros

Neat Technology... Extremely diversified... Nice buildings

    Cons

Too diversified... Poor Leadership... Run by a policy manual. Employees are commodities. Customers are to be exploited. Extremely arrogant. In a death spin!

    Advice to Management

Step aside and let someone who appreciates customers and employees try to fix it.

    Pros

they offer health insurance and other forms of insurance which help if there are any incidents while performing the dangerous work required to be performed.

    Cons

This company bought out the original American Heavy entity where life was more personal and concerning rather than just counting beans along the way.

    Pros

It is a great place to work, friendly staff and different socializing activities and cool products (Robotics). If you love to work with automation and robotics and have hands on experience, that is a place for you to go.

    Cons

It is not high paying job.

    Pros

Good People in middle management. Benefits are Great relative to other industries today.

    Cons

Operations supervision is non-existent. Priorities are not conveyed effectively and processes are not enforced. The culture from the mother company is in direct conflict with that of it's subsidiaries.

    Advice to Management

Set priorities, enforce processes, and build a reliable vendor supply force.

I worked at PaR Systems full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

    Interesting business. Interesting customers.
    It's near the coast.

    Cons

It is a culture of finger-pointing! Everyone is most concerned with not being blamed for anything, rather than striving to excel. The best finger-pointers rise to the top!
It is a pit of vipers.
There is no management "system"... only knee-jerk reactions, intimidations, and a "every man for himself" attitude.
The best managers have either left the company, or have been forced to leave. The best employees have either left the company, or trying to get out.

    Advice to Management

Be human. Have compassion. And for God's sake, develope a management style that is steady, fair, and consistent.
