    Pros

    Balanced Life,
    Good learning curve.
    Good team to work on...
    Good manager....

    Cons

Exec teams have clear intent to sell a company and now they sold it.
Sales & Exec team projected their target very high and Company won't meet the target. End result no bonus, no hike in salary....

    Pros

Free health insurance for employee, calm working environment.

    Cons

It costs over $300 per month per person to put family members on health insurance. The salary is not enough to cover that.

I worked at Pace International full-time

    Pros

Plenty of opportunities for overtime, decent benefits, opportunities for advancement, This company offered a steady job. Would consider this job very good to live off of

    Cons

I felt that the job was difficult to schedule time off. My job required a strict policy on cell phones where I was unable to look at them, or communicate with people as needed. Is a very strict job on when you have breaks, seems like everything is timed.

    Advice to Management

Would have liked for more flexibility and open work hours, would also like for clearer protocol on some situations.

I worked at Pace International full-time

    Pros

The company had great training, we were working a contract for a large phone company. The training was extensive and informative. Pay was fair for Phoenix area. System that was in place to communicate and get help was fairly solid. VTO (Voluntary Time Off) was great too, you can take time off when it is slow and extend your lunch lets say an hour or even two. Also you can leave early (hurts your paycheck), but typically it is understood if you work less you get paid less.

    Cons

Some things that could of been done better, were pay could of been increased slightly for the type of work. More support on the floor and try to make the work environment a little bit more fun. It was far from the worst call center I've worked at, but it wasn't really even on par with chair situations, desk situations, etc. Good in-between job, is all I can say about this place.

    Advice to Management

Perhaps introduce a bonus structure and have the on floor management a little more engaged when coming off training. Most managers were solid, although the helpers weren't the greatest when coming off an amazing training environment.

    Pros

My work mates are great. Excellent direct manager.

    Cons

CEO is the poster child for a bad boss. Conducted an employee survey; then went before the entire company and ridiculed responses. HR is a joke

    Advice to Management

    Move on.

Corporate company that does not value or care about their employees as human beings. There is no company culture and you are not part of a team, you are just a number.
