    Pros

    Awesome work environment with pleasant co workers. Advanced classes were offered, unlimited overtime as well. Company vehicle if you wish. Great benefits

    Cons

    All work was outside and the elements would wear on your body. Management wanted you to keep pushing, without bringing any beverage relief if you needed.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the good work but listen to your techs with complaints. We had several techs to become ill due to heat exhaustion. Give them a break and check on them periodically especially in extreme temperatures.

    Pros

    Benefits. School. Job Security. Income. Mobile Office. Hard Work. Coworkers.

    Cons

    Management. Income. Current Company Change. Benefits Change. Customer Control is 30 days, too much goes wrong in that time frame. Company is setting up services to eventually no longer need technician, or at least not as many techs. Taking on other company rolls, becoming a "universal tech" and not getting payed as much as higher position staff.

    Advice to Management

    Be a decent human being.

    Minimual supervision. Working in a outdoor enviroment.

    Heavy workload during bad weather.

    Great management, knowledgeable training supervisors. AT&T's wireless segment outpaced the company's wireline business in 2014, accounting for 56% of the company's revenue. The wireless business grew at a 6% rate for the year while wireless declined 1%. The wireline segment is composed of switched and dedicated network transport, dial-up and broadband Internet access, network integration, data equipment sales, and converged video communications.

    I learned a lot about the industry and enjoyed the non-stop pace. It increased my skills in payroll and I enjoyed the work environment.

    It could be stressful at times. We were always under a time line. Heavy phone calls and emails

    Plenty of resources and opportunities. Good benefit

    Lack of good communication with company. The work can be depressing.

    Advice to Management

    Need to put focus back to the basic: repair our plants, improve customer satisfaction by fix actual problem instead of pushing sales making inaccurate promises to meet quota.
