No work life balance, disorganized, turnover, Lack of Planning for Cross-Training, Disaster Recovery, overwork staff instead of hire more staff, some departments have not grown in scale to the rest of the product channel or company, constantly putting out fires or thinking in the present instead of forward thinking mentality in my opinion
