Too many directors who are unable to work together, therefore work is ineffective and inefficient, wasted money on consultants, poor processes. We pay more people to audit and observe the work than actually perform the work. Vice President leads by chaos and directors who are friendly with him are the ones to be promoted. I suspect there are many fake reviews on this site. Very few people would call the company great.
