    Pros

Can have good learning opportunities. Decent pay and health care.

    Cons

Management is recognizing SE Asian more do , not because of competency but because they can save money. Safety, reliability and good customer service is no longer a priority at the company.

    Advice to Management

You only stop the L1 and H1 hiring practices to replace good workers. The original intent to hire L1 and H1 was to acquire not available. Intent was not meant for PGE to abuse the labor laws to displace hard working local citizens and bringing down the local economy while making another country rich. Pretty soon many more will be applying for CARE as they no longer can pay their bills.

As the cost of living increases, it is essential that all employees can at least keep up with inflation.
