    Pros

    Good and very friendly co-workers
    Accessible to the metro.
    Comfy lobby.
    Free meal.
    There is a sense of security.
    Clean environment

    Cons

    The management.
    Salary and benefits.
    They lack man-power.
    The workload is not distributed properly.
    Lack of employee-employer communication

    Advice to Management

    Please start taking care of your employees. Also learn the process in the hotel. Learn to appreciate the hard work of your people. Give proper commendations and recognize the people who has been working with you for a long time. Learn to listen and hear out the voice of the workers.

    Good facilities
    Near EDSA, GMA and ABS-CBN, St. Lukes and Tomas Morato

    Cons

    Too much expensive tuition fee
    Too many promises to the students that they can't actually give
    Not good management
    Late salary

    Advice to Management

    Don't give promises to the students that you can't give them.
    Give the salary on time and with less deductions

    I worked at Pacific Global Hospitality Institute full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Graduates really get good jobs in designated hotels.
    The former educators are top class.
    The facilities are five star quality.

    Cons

    Too many promises, little delivery.
    Students are compromised: school needs such as uniforms, ids, training manuals arrive late in the training period.
