    Pros

They have partnerships with great home improvement products & companies. They also have some great installers/contractors that do professional work.

    Cons

Their prices are way too high. Their marketing techniques are unprofessional and unethical.

    Advice to Management

Change your sales & marketing methodology. Reduce your pricing to be fair to the end consumer and competitive to the market of contractors.

    Pros

I have been a salesman for 21 years and have been in management many of those years. I have seen both good and bad training programs. I have been here just over a week and so far the training has been fantastic. Although I have a great deal of sales experience I don't have experience in texture coating roofing and windows and the material that I have been given to study from is really good. I absolutely love the fact that I don't have to do any of my own canvassing and I'm very very excited to see what I can do here.

    Cons

Of course I would love it if there was a salary but none of the best sales jobs I've ever had have ever had one.

    Advice to Management

Of course I would love if there was a salary, but none of the great sales companies I've ever worked for has ever had one.

    Pros

Family like environment and track record of success. I was impressed as to how many people here have been with the company over 10 years. A group of 'go-getters' that motivate me daily. As the industry evolves, Pacific Home Remodeling is a standard of consistency.

    Cons

I live in Orange County and commute over an hour... but well worth it! I'm here to stay.

I worked at Pacific Home Remodeling (More than 3 years)

    Pros

The job is a high energy environment that rewards you if you generate x number of leads that convert to sales in a given week. They always try to get you pumped up to meet with lead generations that convert to sales.

    Cons

    Not much room for advancement..

    Advice to Management

You keep your employee's doing the same job but when it comes to advancing them to a new and different position that was very rarely seen.
