I worked at Pacific Interpreters full-time

    Pros

Company provides an very valuable service. The CS work is pretty simple with no sales and very few of the irate customers that come with most CS jobs.

    Cons

Supervisors are very poorly compensated compared to similar positions in the industry. Much of the management was comprised of people skilled in their fields, but not very good at managing people. PI was purchased by Language Line prior to my departure and the large company swallowed the little one and the company culture became quite cold and uncomfortable.

    Pros

Good employees.. Used to be a good place to work.

    Cons

Management does not care about employees once they became a bigger company. Not enough interaction was provided, or care to employees.
