    Pros

    Fantastic team members, treated with respect and kindness from the manager. So much learning and training everyday is a new adventure. You are not expendable as an employee but part of the family

    Cons

    It can be very stressful especially dealing with insurance issues. You have to try and leave stress at work when you go home. It can be very consuming and not ideal if you have difficult college classes as it can require long hours. Also dealing with database problems is the worst.

    Advice to Management

    Dump Minnesota Appliance, they are the worst to work with and bring drama to work. Adjust the databases and create a system to completely rid it of Warrantech.

    Pros

    Great company in a growing market. Pay structure is a tier above probably any other retail work. Team atmosphere, ability to master role.

    Cons

    After the sale there is consistent failures that impact your ability to serve customers; the new software, the warehouse, the delivery team and the manufacturers. Any positive interaction with a customer is ruined 9/10 times due to issues completely out of your control.

    Advice to Management

    Deliveries should all be done by local teams that work out of the store. Period.

    Pros

    Bonus, premium branded products, great work environment, all managers there to help. Pay is fair and bonus structure is not capped.

    Cons

    Ordering system failures, deliveries not completed properly, support team sometime has delayed answers. Must constantly follow nearly every sale sold until delivery is completed.

    Ordering system and how deliveries work need to be stepped up.

    Laid back great people and the best part is the discount off everything in best buy on top of that you can learn a broad of different areas, appliances, hometheatre, and computers

    Cons

    Management tried to treat you like you work off commission and try to use it to motivate when it really just kills your vibe and makes it more of a chore

    Regional.managers have zero idea of daily activities and are very rude to select people. If your not buddies with them there is no chance to climb up

    I'm store Management had been solid. Regional management is a joke, they have zero comin sense
