I worked at Pacific Seafood full-time

    Pros

None. This place is a complete nightmare to work at

    Cons

Management is unethical and lacks integrity. Some good people, but the majority of them spend a lot of their time throwing each other under the bus because they think it will make them look better.

    Advice to Management

Get educated. Seriously, go to school. The environment at Mukilteo is a very toxic environment created by back stabbing sycophants. This company is a complete train wreck regardless of what the numbers say. Which cannot be trusted because management has no integrity whatsoever.

I have been working at Pacific Seafood full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Great family work feeling with great people average to good pay with good job security unlike working in a union you have to work to keep your job great 401k and benefits

    Cons

Corp management has a flavor of the month direction pushed down to rank and file from local GM managers then some corp managers are very out of touch others are very good on vacation you feel you need to be availble regardless what they tell you at times you can feel guilty

    Advice to Management

Ask the rank and file before you make some changes you might find out that its not the best thing to do or a better way in some cases also the budget process is in the stone age every year its re inventing the wheel and watching paint dry for the process some GM and upper management are out of touch need to understand the workings before directing

I worked at Pacific Seafood full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Discounted high end food products.

    Cons

This is a terrible, terrible company to work for. 65+ hours/week of being stabbed in the back by co-workers that should be supporting you. Really, it's that bad. Don't believe me, look at the other reviews and job turnover. For example, the Buyer/Inventory position turns over at least twice per yer year.
