If you look for something monotonous and with a flat routine, this is not the place for you. P54 is probably the company you will get multiple requests from different clients, different industries to be worked on multiple platforms. This is what I like the most here! There is such a variety of things to do on a daily basis, I will never get bored. In addition, I have been continuously working on my career development plan, and continue to add so many more courses, certifications since I feel the sky is the limit. I have been able to learn AND apply my knowledge with my day-to-day activities and it has helped tremendously. Also: - Competitive salary - Multicultural company - Employee growth plan - Great team to work with - Multiple industry clients - From small to large business clients.

The situations that I've faced in the company while working here are no different from any other company that I've worked for previously. Very normal to deal with different personalities, adversities, and/or setbacks we may encounter while working on a request from a client.

All the bad reviews say it all. Also, just look at the way the addressed the negative feedback, if you doubt what people have said about them, their responses to those reviews are just a confirmation of how unprofessional these people are. Don't give your time and energy to this agency.

Not attainable goals, too much focus on colaterals and not on actual digital marketing strategies. Oudated reports and proposals that causes massive waste of time. last minute requests all the time. EXTREMELY stressful environment. tracking is wrongly set on all accounts.
