    Pros

Great customers. Good pay, everyday is different.

    Cons

Very long hours and unable to take a break because it's to busy.

    Advice to Management

Do your job and listen to the staff that do the real hard work, if you have a problem at work you should be able to get help from your area manager but not in this company.

I worked at Paddy Power Betfair full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Fast-paced environment with exciting projects to get involved with. If you work at a very fast pace, are into sports and the betting/gaming industry then this place will suit you. Subsidised meals, company events and intelligent fun colleagues. Company share save program.

    Cons

A lot of employees have left since the merger in February 2016. The Company seems more corporate since then and therefore the culture is a bit stiff. Employees are so busy with huge work loads that there's little time for fun. The fun committee budgets have been cut and employees now have to pay for the likes of boot camp and yoga - in previous years these perks were paid for by the Company. The office in Dublin has over 1,000 employees so it means you may work with teams/colleagues for a few weeks on a project and you might not see them again for months.

    Advice to Management

Senior management keep to themselves. They are trying to be a maxtrix organisation but still seem to be working in a hierarchy fashion. Internal events are organised last minute by Executive Assistants and are expected to run smoothly and efficiently.

I worked at Paddy Power Betfair part-time

    Pros

    Advice to Management

Give more thought to employees and training. Offer advise of core areas to upskill in to benefit the employee and company
