I have been working at Paddy Power Betfair (More than a year)

    Pros

It's better than unemployment I guess

13 hour shifts, multiple per week, dealing with very anti-social behaviour very regularly, intimidated by people who don't get their way, no way of getting barred customers out of the shop, very little benefits and those that remain are slowly being reduced.

    Treat staff better
