I worked at Page Group (London) full-time

    Pros

Lots of energy and drive, particularly in the front office teams, although this rubs off on the back-office teams.
Good business and IT strategy - heading in a very sensible direction.
Some really good people in the business and back office teams.

    Cons

Executive decision making can be opaque - either because decisions seem to not be taken, or they are taken but not communicated.
Execution of the IT strategy is challenging - change leadership needs more clarity.
Many of the really good people are becoming disillusioned.

I worked at Page Group (London) full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Excellent Training. Great Work Culture. Loads of Events, both sporting and Social.

    Cons

Remuneration and bonus structure must be kept competitive for top talent, some people may find it too much in terms of micromanagement.

    Advice to Management

Be more transparent with bonus structure. Award the employees that may not be in boom markets with other incentives

I have been working at Page Group (London) full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Page Personnel/Michael Page/Page Executive.

    Advice to Management
