    I have been working at Pak Mail Centers of America full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Cant really think of any. It was a horrible experience.

    Cons

    The president micro controls everything. He is busy controlling that he forgets many of the tasks or projects that are going on. There is no training provided, except for reading 7 big manuals. There is no structure so unless you find something to do you will sit and do nothing. I do not recommend working for this company.

    Advice to Management

    Hire or assign mid management. Develop a structure that allows for accountability.

    Pros

    Great customers, and relative freedom to go about work.

    Cons

    Not enough resources to do work efficiently. Certainly underpaid, considering the amount of daily work and stress. It's a highly stressful job, with no perks at all.

    not much - most employees are long term and are not interested in helpong you

    Cons

    Extremely dysfunctional -- extreme micro managed. CEO does not understand what employees are doing or suppose to be doing
