I have been working at Pak Mail full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

I have been working as Store Manager at PakMail Huntcrest in Lawrenceville for a year now. This is the best working experience ever. Everyone is friendly.

    Cons

Occasional angry customers but I guess that's normal everywhere.

    Advice to Management

    Positive Outlook

I have been working at Pak Mail full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Every Pak Mail location varies depending on the managers and owners, but my supervisors are really helpful and send me supplies when needed. They are understanding as well. It may take a while to grasp certain information about mailing, but it is worth it and it does not hurt to learn about the mailing business. Your learn skills that you can use throughout your life.

    Cons

Do not expect a great salary, any benefits, or a huge career opportunity within the stores. At the most, your experience here may lead to better employment elsewhere.

    Advice to Management

Try to train new people as much as you can. Some activities on the job require hands on training and learning certain information.

    Neutral Outlook

I worked at Pak Mail full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Pak Mail has a strong niche in serving a select market. That market will be loyal for many, many years. Pak Mail also has a core of strong franchisees. They are innovative and they are building strong businesses in select markets.

    Cons

Unscrupulous franchisees are ruining the system. Without a grading system to eliminate them from the system and reward the good franchisees the system could fail.

    Advice to Management

Develop an innovation plan for the future!
