    Pros

An extremely disciplined organization, with comradeship and clear objectives achieved through very well planned and organized professional activities at all organizational levels. Whereas at individual level the career roadmap is very clear based on short, medium & long term goals.
    Honor, Dignity & Comradeship !

    Cons

Restricted personal freedom like it is found in any other disciplined army in the world. Lesser diversity of working style / environment as compared to the international working environments, which is again a typical hallmark of all armies.

    Advice to Management

    Keep it up !
