    Pros

    Good training and career growth
    One of the professional organizations in Pakistan . Job security since it's a public sector company .

    Cons

    Slow growth as there is little turnover due to its being a public sector company . Management feedback can be slow to process as again it is public sector .

    Needs to be reviewed by staff

    Pros

    Pakistan petroleums limited has been ranked as premium oil and gas E&P company in Pakistan. It has maintained a reputation of being the only national company that compares with Internaltional standards of working principles and remuneration packages.

    Cons

    Most of its reserves are in areas belong to teaditional tribes, that demands inclusion of local work force in to business. Sometimes it leads to reduction in work quality because of the above reason.

    Advice to Management

    Management should arrange for adequate training of local manpower prior to be inducted in the main business

    PPL is a name of opportunity. It is a place where one ca learn, present ideas and apply them freely in a good working environment.

    Cons

    As such no downsides of working with PPL if one wants to stay and work in Pakistan.

    Advice to Management

    Upper management should be more keen in finding out the grievances of the employees, both from monetary and training point of view.
