Pros
It is a good place to start. They used to pay a fair wage, but those days are gone.
Cons
They cut the wage fast when China made abrupt changes to its rules. They made it so no communication was possible with the families if you didn't except the low wage. It was sad to not be able to say goodbye to my students. And I'm certain, very upsetting for the families as well.
