    Nothing. Easy job and flexible schedule . Benefits could be a lot better though

    Pros

    Lots of freedom to get things done that you need to while at the job as long as you do what needs to be done for the job in a timely manner as well.

    Cons

    Management fails to communicate with each other and with employees regularly, often leads to mistakes on who is working when. Management is also very slow to respond in general.

    uniforms are a little outdated and hard to find a right size for the suits.

    Easy work, especially on the overnight shift.

    Cons

    It was always a hassle to go through any schedule changes, it usually very last minute, and they just care about getting someone to cover the shift.
