    Small company, lots of visibility to executive leadership team

    Cons

    Inability to execute and lack of accountability

    Pros

    interesting work, big data, lots of company perks.

    Cons

    execution is flawed and revenue is negatively impacted due to schedule slips for new products.

    Advice to Management

    if you are going to act like a startup, then you should have gotten rid of non-performers when you are aware of it not when its too late.

    Pros

    salaries, great technology, good location

    Cons

    Definite tension between east/west offices. Unrealistic schedules, and everyone knows it except maybe top management. Priorities and long term strategy keeps changing, which results in wasted effort and hurts morale.

    Advice to Management

    Just because you know the minutiae of each work item or project doesn't make you a good leader. Forge a path with realistic expectations, and pay attention to what the competition is going to be doing.

    Pros

    Good product. Some good people. Not just technically, but as people.

    Cons

    Some people are very tough to work with. Politics like any company. Just because they have less than a 100 does not mean there is no room for politics. If you are closer to management, you are fine no matter what you do.

    Advice to Management

    Get rid of some managers that really do nothing.

    Pros

    A lot of good people and interesting tech. Small company.

    Cons

    Change in direction too often. Many projects cancelled. Current products use very old tech.

    Advice to Management

    Move to new tech as fast as possible.
