    Pros

It began a new project, totally a new, like a startup environment

    Cons

No stock, No bonus, no annual review after 1 year although they told you you had in the begnining

In the beginning, they said that you were a GREAT, SMART person and we will give a big bonus for you in the final. Then you worked hard, one year later, you may lay off when you are not useful for them although you are a full-time employee.

In the finnally The manager will say, we can easy hire a new employee to replace you.

    Advice to Management

    Fair to employee

    Pros

Startup. You get to be able to work on a number of different jobs in different locations. There is very little structure so that you have no idea what the strategy is or what the goals are.

    Cons

Startup. Alot of politics. There were a number of layoffs. The CEO was incompetant. The problem is that you get people with a good pedigree, but who are unable to get anything done.

    Advice to Management

They need to be more aware of bottom line
