    I worked at Panasonic full-time

    Pros

A great culture of training and supporting the employees. Everyone had pride in working at Panasonic and that fondness of the company is cultivated by the management. Has great benefit package.

    Cons

The company is really big and it take time for the management to make decisions. More interactions between divisions will be good to maximize the resource the company has.

I have been working at Panasonic full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Panasonic is a great place to work. The people are friendly and there is a nice atmosphere in their new facility. Panasonic offers good health benefits and training programs, fosters collaboration and has a flexible work from home schedule.

    Cons

I really don't have much to say when it comes to cons. If I have to say just one thing, it would be that working for a large corporation could take some time to get to know the organization.

    Advice to Management

Continue to keep our founders basis philosophies and business principles alive.

I have been working at Panasonic (More than 10 years)

    Pros

I've been at Panasonic for 10 years now, and truly love my job. I work with a great team, have made fantastic friendships, and I get to sell best-in-class products. I've always been treated well with regards to pay and benefits, and I feel like a respected part of the organization.

    Cons

As with any large corporation, there are frustrations with certain things such as speed of decision making, red tape, and upper-management decisions that seem to be made without regard for the potential impact on our business. However, these are not major sources of frustration.

    Advice to Management

Hire the best people you can, and keep the great people you have.
