Management will never understand the day-to-day processes, yet continue to make unreasonable (and unexplained) changes without the input of those who actually perform the work. Instead of solving actual problems, they just put “band-aids” over it.

No TeamWork for Back of House Expect to work alone if your good at your job. No Recognition Given At High Volume locations Such as mine, No one helps beside the ones that favor you. Management Stands around. While you bust your butt for them to look good for Regional Managers and Upper Hierarchy Bonuses only Given every quarter, Not even a bonus, I must say. High Turn Over Promises Given, but never fulfilled. Always point out the negatives, Never the positives
