Benefits, high standard, great pay.
Cons
Work life balance. They promote healthy lifestyle and a work life balance, but how is that possible when you force managers to work 12-14 days mandatory for a minimum of 5 days for GM? And if we’re tired, it’s cause we’re not “inspired” enough. Plus, all the stress given daily about “visits here” and “visits there” while on top of other audits and detailed cleaning and cutting labor, there’s no wonder managers tend to quit or demote.
