    Overtime, fast paced, cheap eats, good management team, steady and predictable work, benefits for anyone who puts in the time.

    Cons

    Business, rude customers, long shifts, call outs, constantly dealing with kids who don't have much work ethic, laziness, hectic days

    Good food
    Some good people that you get to work with
    You'll learn a lot at the beginning

    Cons

    They'll tell you they want you to advance and then you won't get anywhere with it.
    A LOT of unnecessary drama to deal with.
    Some customers can be rude sometimes.

    Advice to Management

    Make sure your employees are happy and don't tell them that you'll get a promotion just to not give it to them after 4 years.

    Pros

    Loved this company. They treat you really well and have a great mission. Good to their customers. Not too cheap. I know plenty of people who became managers and now make great money.

    Cons

    There we'rent many downsides. It's a restaurant so naturally it's tough.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the good work. Make sure employees are happy.
