I have been working at Panera Bread full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Good benefits
65% discount on food while on shifts and 35% at any other time.
    Good health benefits.
    Management is mostly good.
Most of the employees are friendly

    Cons

Smetimes managers can be not really nice. The work canbe very tiring sometimes. And the salary that dining room associate gets could be more

    Advice to Management

I would rise the salary. Even 10$ an hour is ok but considering how much do we do most of the times , It would be much better to receive more money.

I have been working at Panera Bread part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Panera Bread has a great culture and values be able to learn from. They provide employees with benefits.

    Cons

My Panera was short-staffed, with a lack of training and room for growth with low pay. The new model was the first of it's kind and got mixed reviews among customers. Many coworkers felt negative about management resulting in not taking leadership roles and would often complain during work.
