I have been working at Panera Bread full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

You do get a big discount on food for working there. Lots of great ways to get creative with how you put displays up.

    Cons

You will get customers who won't listen to you when you repeat orders. Then they will get mad after getting their food.

    Advice to Management

Make sure that customers are listening. Be quick and accurate with the orders.

    Pros

Great work environment. Understandable duties for different positions. You know that you are serving good food to customers.

    Cons

Dulls and roars of customers. Can be difficult for some when you have nothing to do in a dull. Long time standing

    Advice to Management

More structured training with new employees. Would have helped me become more comfortable working with everyone.
