    Pros

Friendly coworkers, great location, easy tasks, builds time management, multitasking and people skills, opportunity to move up.

    Cons

Pay is minimal and not everyone is on the same level. More training required for associates to be able to all pull their own weight.

    Advice to Management

Ensure each associate is thoroughly trained.
Allow people who want to move up to move quickly. Don't understand to save a buck because it's hard on staff and they become disgruntled after being used and abused.
