      Coworkers were great, the job was fast paced and kept you busy. this store was known to be slow, so there was also hours I would relax. Management was understanding and hours were flexible. every 6 months, you get a raise/evaluated

      Cons

      seniority mattered, there was some level of favoritism.

      Advice to Management

      Give promotions to people who deserve it, not just because they have been working there for years or are favorites. Give it to people who have shown dedication, reliability, and hard work.
