      Pros

      The people I worked with aside from upper management were wonderful people.

      Cons

      Upper management does not care about the future and well being of it's employees. They overwork and underpay everyone from associates to assistant managers. Everything is based around hitting certain sales or ticket times. They put unrealistic expectations and stress upon staff members that are VASTLY underpaid and majority are too young & employed for the first time and don't know how to stand up for themselves or to know that they have rights as an employee. The amount of stress endured during my time employed was unbelievable!
