    I have been working at Pangea Two full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    They offer temp work, permanent placmement and everything in between. The recruiters are down to earth and are truly interested in a relationship with the candidates.

    Cons

    I would love to make more money, but who wouldn't?! Some of the work locations are in strange areas.

    Advice to Management

    Really pleased with my experience!

    Decent salary for professional jobs.

    Cons

    Does not communicate well with employees. Charges a hidden fee.

    Advice to Management

    Have your recruiters follow-up with employees during initial placement. Disclose that you charge a fee for placement and that it is taken out of employees' checks weekly.

    Pros

    Our president Jody Jones has a great vision for the future of the company. He is taking the firm to new heights while maintaining his integrity. Just a great place to work in a professional environment where everyone is treated with respect.

    Cons

    They are always looking for new ways of improving their process and sometimes that can be distracting when yoou are already working at a very fast pace.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the great work.

    Pros

    There are none pros to working for savela. My advice go through Aerotech they dont pay the most but they do pay holiday pay, oh yeah and wants you are under contract with Savela no other temp will touch you

    Cons

    I was the lowest paid temp at my job, they talked to me as if I was uneducated and called constantly while I was on assignment. When I complained they called and had me fired from my assignment.

    Die slow

    Savela retains and obtains new business based soleley on name recognition.

    Cons

    There is an abundance of turnover and management leaves much to be desired.

    Complete overhaul!
