Being a part of the Talent Acquisition function has been such a rewarding experience. The HR leadership team is transparent when it comes to organizational changes or most recently when implementing new processes utilizing our technology. That to me, is one of the greatest pros of working at Panoramic Health. The continued focus on leveraging technology tools to streamline our work that in turn serves our purpose for the patients in our care. Having been in health care previously, it was so refreshing to not look at people as numbers but as human beings. Additionally, my manager has been amazing during my onboarding process and from day 1 has been very supportive.

Cons

As Panoramic Health is growing tremendously, with that comes all types of challenges associated with rapid growth. Even so, the team takes these on headfirst, knowing with what we do - we have an impact on people's lives.

Salaried people expected to work weekends, holidays, evenings for months with no end in sight and no overtime pay, comp time, or financial incentive. Work-life balance doesn’t exist and “working vacation” is an expectation not an exception. The micromanagement is exhausting. Expected to be subject matter expert in everything with no training. Poor planning, lack of staff and extremely lofty expectations have made for an unstable/unsupported product. No time to get actual work done because there are so many “touch points” and meetings.

Management is a joke! Lack of culture. Lacking morals and ethics. Data integrity is also lacking.

Toxic work environment. Awful benefits. They hire their friends at an extremely higher rate than others. Pay isn’t competitive. Lies are told to get you through the door. No one cares about retention. Very very high turnover rate. Will never recommend this company.

The value based care program is great but lacks the support and leadership it needs in order to succeed.

HR is incredibly toxic and cliquey, if you are not part of the 'popular' crowd you will fail here. The turnover is incredibly high at this company but leadership never addresses this problem.

The purpose of the company is truly fitting for the current state of health care, the mission and values are ones that align with my own.

Cons

Favoritism! One moment you are on top, the next you are the lowest. No policies and procedures and too many cooks in the kitchen. The are juvenile in their business structure and it is too heavy. I will never recommend them.
