I worked at Papa John's (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Had some really great and talented managers and staff to work with , they were mostly looking for the great things that you were doing and supporting them.

    Cons

The upper management in Louisville and Orlando had NO clue how much we worked, they only relied on what others told them.. it was a dog eat dog world when it came to dealing with them

    Advice to Management

listen to others before making rash decisions

I worked at Papa John's part-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Flexible hours and location near campus were a plus for me. I attended school full-time and worked almost full-time. There were on the job perks such as a free pie every so often and half off our orders.

    Cons

Pay was barely above minimum wage even after advancing to the shift runner position. Communication fluctuated based on who the GM was, and that position had a high turnover rate.

I worked at Papa John's part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

10-20+ an hour depending on the night as a delivery driver
free food almost every night. Get to meet many friendly customers

    Cons

In-store chores like cleaning suck. Middle management often sucks. You will never enjoy pizza again after a few years. Work is somewhat physical and tiring.

    Advice to Management

Pay in-store team members more. Not fair that they do more work while drivers make 2 or 3 times more money.
