    Pros

Pay is good to a certain extent

    Cons

The higher up you go the more dangerous it is. I was the assistant manager for 2 years and I basically got let go because I demanded more hours and they said I had too much going on in my personal life.

    Advice to Management

    Do better

I have been working at Papa John's full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

None compared to Dominos, they get it right on all fronts and Papa Johns lacks on all

    Cons

Hugely lower level of pay and disdain in the shop as being a driver

    Advice to Management

Call me. You know who I am. Your shops are unstable, unbalanced with poor management. I'm MBA, corporate experienced, your shops have low to poor to catastrophic managers.

I have been working at Papa John's part-time

    Pros

No pros whatsoever in my eyes

    Cons

I was promised a weekly payment.. What did I get? After 3 weeks of no pay, I finally get paid $2.00. After hours and hours of hard work and sweat, I get paid $2.00 in 3 weeks. The manager is a slacker, and when I got sick due to seasonal changes he threatens to fire me for not showing up for a few days (after I informed him that I was sick). Once I get my paycheck, I quit this job.

    Advice to Management

Pay attention to your customers, we are people just like you.
