    Pros

Fun, high paced, and nice discount.

    Cons

Tips vary greatly depending on area and manager. One store was great. The other was horrible. The manager overstaffed drivers and deliveries were few and far between.

    Pros

Great growth opportunities. It is a big company so there are plenty of places you can be transferred.

    Cons

Dealing with angry customers is probably the worse thing about the job but it does not happen often and they tell you how to deal with unsatisfied customers.

    Advice to Management

Better training for drivers and insiders.

    Pros

Always fun people when I was working there. The customers can be a little naggy, but delivering pizza was a blast.

    Cons

Poor, poor terrible management. They didn't respect their employees and they didn't respect our time.

    Advice to Management

    Treat your employees with respect.

I worked at Papa John's part-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Alot of great co-workers
Potential to make alot of money
50% off everything, with the occasional free pizza.

    Cons

    Terrible management
    Low hourly pay for drivers
If you have a bad night of tips, you're out of luck
High roll-over rate (like every other job in this category), so you get stuck with crappy hours more often then not.
Management more then willing let you go instead of give you a measly raise.

    Advice to Management

Care about your employees, if they enjoy their job and are getting paid adequately for it, they'll stay longer and actually work harder, go figure.
