    Depending on management on your location, the work environment can be absolutely wonderful or completely dreadful. I’ve worked with great managers who are out there on the floor with their employees helping and encouraging; then I’ve worked with managers who just stand there barking orders everyday.     Managers won’t allow you to work 35-40 hours a week because they are too concerned about getting in trouble with the higher ups if you get overtime, so they might cut you or send you home without notice.

    Have better communication and understanding with your employees that you know work hard.

    Management is overbearing. Tons of little policies that you have to follow. No chance to request time off. Advancement depends on if the right manager likes you and thats about it.

    Always busy and there are opportunities to make money

    Cons

    Management does not care about employees, they do not even pretend to care. Clientele is ghetto which can be overwhelming when you get 3-4 horrible tables back to back. Hard to stand out amongst 90 other servers

    Pros

    This company is all about knowledge. You will constantly train on the menu and drink knowledge. There is a new menu every 3 months and new drink monthly. It keeps you on your toes.

    Cons

    If you are a person who loves the comfort of being free and expressing yourself, this is not the place for you. They are really strict in their ideals on what they think a server should be. Very strict dress codes, hair codes, and makeup codes. So if you like your on style this may don't be the place for you. Very uptight

    Advice to Management

    The advice to management is to always take care of your employees. Especially the ones who break their back for the company. We often forget that we too were servers and bartenders as well.
