    Chance to meet some nice coworkers, some managers were really cool

    Cons

    Some of the managers wanted everything out of the workers, working almost as much hours as a full time employee, too much pressure, very long shifts

    Pros

    Chill waiters and kitchen staff, always having funny moments. Times where you could leave early after your shift.

    Cons

    No breaks, rare that the floor managers would acknowledge the times you do good things. Late nights to where you don't go home until EVERYONE finishes their own little thing. So specific on how to clean and how they want it clean. Never got free food unless you were a waiter.

    Advice to Management

    Treat all employers equal and praise them for the little things they do right that help make the experience worth working there.

    Bussers are paid at least $9.25 an hour, management is friendly, free food if you have a closing shift, and they're able to work with you on hours.

    Cons

    The hiring process is a joke, I know someone who is a felon that works there and caught him in a conversation that he lied on the application for his background check. Some of the people that work there who aren't managers, are . Don't even bother reporting people that are harassing you or others, HR won't care unless if they have the time to remove people (they're always doing something). There are NO breaks, and sometimes...
